Sreepal Jain, a Chartered Accountant and a post graduate, brings over 18 years of experience in Accounting , Financial & Treasury Management, Controllership & Decision Support and Merger & Acquisition. He served as CFO & CSO at IIFL Samasta MFI, where he led rapid growth and a successful merger with IIFL Group. He was instrumental in scaling the company, earning the title of the fastest-growing MFI for two consecutive years. During his five-year tenure at IIFL Group, he played a pivotal role that earned him the prestigious ICAI Corporate Contributor Award in 2018 for the BFSI segment. In 2019, he was featured among the “10 Most Inspiring CFOs in India” by CEO Insight Success Magazine.
His career foundation also includes valuable experience at IKF Finance Limited in the capacity of group CFO. He was erstwhile associated with the Audit & Assurance department at KPMG. He now leads Kiyansh with a vision to deliver inclusive, tech-driven financial solutions for India’s MSME sector.
Rahul Jain is a forward-thinking entrepreneur who transformed his 75-year-old family business into a successful multi-store retail chain in Bengaluru. With a FMBA from Mahaveer International, he streamlined operations and built niche market strength through quality and innovation. He is also an active investor in startups, including Kiyansh, bringing strategic insight and a diversified business approach.
His leadership and entrepreneurial acumen have been key to evolving his family business into a thriving multi-store chain, positioning him for continued success in the ever-changing business world.

He also worked with Satyam Computers as a domain consultant, gaining international exposure in the UK and Europe.
A frequent contributor to NHB and Ministry of Housing workshops, he blends deep financial expertise with IT-driven innovation. Passionate about talent development, he focuses on training and upskilling professionals across the BFSI sector to meet the demands of an ever-evolving financial landscape.
